Refund Options

For Attendees that registered & paid for the September 2024 Conference.

Deadline to request a refund is Monday, December 2, 2024.

Choose what works for you.

  • Virtual Ticket

    If you cannot attend but would like to attend virtually, we can refund you minus the price of the virtual ticket ($50) and processing & administrative fee. This includes CE for general sessions.

  • Full Refund

    If you cannot attend in-person or virtually, we can issue a full refund minus the processing & administrative fee.

  • Student Refund

    If you cannot attend in-person or virtually, we can issue a full refund and SCDA will cover the processing & administrative fee for students.
